In loving memory of my mother, Ruth Speering Johnson, and my beloved father Jimmy Key Johnson Jr. This site is dedicated to telling the beauty of their origin and inspiring love story. The hopes and dreams they so clearly envisioned their life to be. The rawness of the unimaginable pain of coming home to empty baby nurserys. The fierce love and dedication they showed to my brother, who suffered terribly. They pushed forward the best they could. As sole survivor, it is my honor to put the pieces of their beautiful love disrupted by loss and pain they had no control of. All the joy, the promise of brighter days, most washed away by the storms that crashed over them over and over. They were each others life raft through it all. They gave freely and loved deeply. May they all rest in peace yet live on in memory.
